SATIN CARE
HOW TO STORE
Use padded hangers: When hanging satin garments, use padded hangers to prevent them from slipping off and to minimize any potential fabric snags. The padding will also help maintain the garment's shape and prevent it from developing unwanted creases.
Cover with a fabric garment bag: To protect the satin garment from dust, light exposure, and potential damages, cover it with a breathable fabric garment bag. Avoid using plastic bags, as they can trap moisture and lead to mildew or other fabric issues. A fabric bag will allow for air circulation and provide a protective barrier.
HOW TO WASH
Hand wash or machine wash gently: Satin garments are delicate, so it's best to hand wash them if possible. Fill a basin or sink with lukewarm water and add a small amount of mild liquid detergent. Gently submerge the garment and swish it around for a few minutes. Avoid vigorous rubbing or wringing, as this can damage the fabric. If machine washing is necessary, use the delicate or gentle cycle with cold water.
HOW TO IRON
Turn the satin garment inside out. Ironing the reverse side helps protect the outer surface from any potential shine or marks caused by the iron.
