HOW TO STORE

Wool sweaters are the most delicate and should be stored folded. Avoid hanging a knitwear: weight of the knit over time will cause it to stretch and distort form its original shape. We recommend folding all knitted garments.

HOW TO AIR

Self - cleaning is one of the perks of wool, so it stays fresh for longer than other fabrics. Before folding your knitwear away place it outside or near a window to air for a while. If your knit garment picks up smells you can let it air-dry outside, away from direct sunlight.

HOW TO SPOT CLEAN

Use a spot cleaner if your knit only has a little dirt in one teeny place.. For stain removing, use only gentle natural soap. You can also try to remove stains by brushing the fabric gently or gently clean the area with a sponge and soapy water.

HOW TO SAFELY FIX

It's easy to sort out tiny fixes on your knit when you know how. Knitted garments are prone to snagging and pulling if they get caught on jewellery, coats or bags. If you notice a snag in your garment, just let us know. We will help to fix it and we'll send over instructions to you.

PILLING IS NATURAL - WHAT TO DO

Pilling is a natural process that happens to a wool garments.  But dont stress: this can be easily removed. We recommend using a fabric shaver.

HOW TO STOP MOHAIR KNITWEAR FROM SHEDDING

Gently brush the mohair item: Use a soft-bristle brush to carefully brush the mohair in the direction of the fiber. This will help remove any loose or excess fibers before wearing.

HOW TO STEAM

A steamer is great way how to freshen up your wool knits. You can use one to get rid of wrinkles, bad smells, shallow dirt and bacteria. The warmth and moisture of the steam relaxes the knit, flattening wrinkles and smoothing creases from folding. Lay your garment flat over an ironing board and hold steamer or an iron about 3 cm above it as you surge the steam. While the fabric is warm and damp, use your hands to smooth it out and reshape to your liking.
